Trinidad Ramos – Owner & Operator
Trini has lived in Glendale, Arizona for nearly his entire life, and he’s spent more than 20 years working hands-on in the landscaping field. He’s passionate about turning ordinary yards into spaces homeowners can feel proud of. Whether he’s shaping trees, cleaning up a property, or rebuilding a yard from the ground up, Trini brings experience, care, and a genuine love for the work to every project he touches.
Luz "Lucy" Bustamante – Office Manager
As Trini’s daughter, she grew up right here in Glendale, Arizona, surrounded by the same hard work and pride that shaped the family business. With years of experience handling the office operations, scheduling, and customer communication, she keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She cares deeply about helping homeowners feel supported and making sure every job—big or small—gets the attention it deserves. Her organization, friendliness, and connection to the community make her an essential part of the team.
Amir "Alex" Zamani – IT & Payroll
Amir is the family’s son-in-law, bringing a strong background in technology, systems management, and financial organization to the business. With experience in IT, payroll, and backend operations, he keeps the company running efficiently and ensures everything behind the scenes stays accurate and up to date. Amir handles digital record-keeping, payroll processing, and system improvements—helping the team stay organized so they can focus on taking care of homeowners. His problem-solving mindset and commitment to supporting the family business make him a key part of the operation.
